2015 European Corporate Trust Survey

SCI has released the results of the 4th Corporate Trust (CT) survey with the aim of judging performance of providers of corporate trust in the European structured finance markets. The aim of this exercise is to give clients a voice through an independent system and help service providers improve their product. The survey is broken down into 6 sections and clients vote on a range of scores between 1 and 7 based upon their service level experiences. As a survey in structured finance it is a unique exercise.

Download SCI's December 2013 Roundtable Report

SCI has released the results of the 3rd Annual Corporate Trust (CT) survey with the aim of judging performance of providers of corporate trust in the European structured finance markets. Clients of CT have the opportunity to share their thoughts on the services they receive. The aim of this exercise is to give clients a voice and help service providers improve their product. The survey is broken down into 6 sections and clients vote on a range of scores between 1 and 7 based upon their service level experiences. As a survey in structured finance it is a unique exercise.

Why is SCI doing this? Because we believe the market deserves the opportunity to tell service providers how well they are doing, and the chance to share with their fellow customers their verdict on the firms they have used. We also believe that service providers will welcome the opportunity to learn from customers how well they have performed, and how they can improve customer service still further, by measuring themselves against the best in the industry.
